Portal for schools/organizations

Using the portal, your clients can login to manage their own planners and templates. Some examples:

• A school can give access to parents, so the school and the parents can cooperate to create a consistent planner for the entire day.
• Caregivers can create all the planners initially, after which the client takes over with support from the caregiver.

Every organisation with a license has their own portal, which can be found at the following address:


At this page, you can show your own logo. (The same one that is printed above the planners.) You can select it by going to Settings->Manage your uploaded pictograms. Upload your logo as a custom pictogram and set it as your logo by clicking "Use as logo".

Before your clients can login, you must give them a password. This can be done at the "Clients" tab.

You can manage the templates of all clients that logon through your own AutiPlan portal.

• Templates of clients are named "[Clientname]_[Templatename]" (Mind the underscore)
• Clients that are logged on trough the portal can only see their own templates and the templates without a clientname.
• Example: Harry_Wednesday is only visible for client "Harry" and you.
• If you want to create a template for all clients, just choose a name without an underscore. (_) Note that clients can delete or change these templates as well.
• Example: Wednesday is available for all clients.
