Engagement
Het werk rond AutiPlan heeft zich het laatste half jaar beperkt tot hier en daar wat extra licenties toekennen en zo nu en dan een vraag beantwoorden. Door overige werkzaamheden en het drukke gezin zijn de ontwikkelingen bij AutiPlan er een beetje bij ingeschoten; daarentegen draait het programma als een zonnetje en mogen we iedere dag nieuwe gebruikers verwelkomen.
In het laatste nummer van de Engagement (tijdschrift van de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Autisme) is AutiPlan in de rubriek "Voor u getest" verschenen, klik op de afbeelding rechts om het artikel te downloaden.

New version: Partial- and example templates
Previously, the planner was completely overwritten if you applied a template. Thus, it was not possible to combine templates.
Now it is! For instance, if you have a template for a morning and one for an afternoon then you can apply them both to create a planner for an entire day!
If you want to overwrite the old planner whilst applying a template, just tick the new checkbox "Clear this planner first".
When new users register, they will get an example template so they can see the possibilities of AutiPlan immediately.

New version!
A new version of AutiPlan has been activated, with additional features.
- By request of a (future) customer, we made a portal where clients can get their own login. They can edit their own planners and templates, but the main user still has the overview of all clients. This is also a very good option for schools, because teachers can plan schooltime and parents can take care of the rest. The child has a single, consistent planner for the entire day.
- The main user can manage the planners and templates of all clients.
- This is only available for organisations.
- Every organisation has its own portal with logo: (http://organisationname.autiplan.com)
- By request of a home user, we created the possibility to send SMS notifications at the start of activities.
- This can be set on a per-activity basis.
- Costs per SMS message is € 0,20 incl. VAT.
- This service is only available in the Full version of AutiPlan.
- Some additional help is added in several screens, this can be disabled at the 'Settings' screen.
The documentation will be updated as soon as possible and some new screencasts are beiing made.

New version of AutiPlan
This is what has changed:
- You can upload your own pictograms to use in your planners. (After the testphase, it will be Full-version only.)
- If you are a business/institution, you can use your own logo above the planners.
- An announcement-system to make announcements regarding AutiPlan. At the Settings-page, you can re-read all messages if you like.
- You can save your selections when creating a custom planner. (After the testphase, it will be Full-version only.)
New version of AutiPlan
We have put a new version of the planner online, today. A lot of work, mainly, has been going on behind the scenes. The innovations helps us improve the site more easily.
The format has changed somewhat, and, as you may have already noticed, when you log on for the first time, again, you are asked a few extra questions.
- The code behind the planner has been made more efficient, which makes it quicker to load.
- A few remaining texts were translated into English.
- We have started to differentiate between private and professional users.
- In the "Most used"category, in the pictogram-selection-screen, the description you last chose to go with a pictogram is automatically saved, so that you do not have to keep changing it to suit your preference.
Start the test-period immediately after registration, allowing companies/organisations to test AutiPlan for a few weeks with five licenses, and the private home-user to try out all the functions, for a few weeks.
- Improve PDF functions, which will make it easier to insert changes and let you fully customise your print-outs.
- Make the time-table (in which the planner is originally made) printable from a PDF file.
- Create a function for uploading your own pictograms.*
- Design an option to create a monthly planner with one pictogram a day.*
- Allow companies/organisations to use their own logo in PDF export.**
